These terms apply to your use of dualaspect.online, published by GRAVELGANT s.r.o., Příkop 843/4, Zábrdovice, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company registration 29189012. Reading the site means accepting them. There is nothing to sign and no account to hold.
What the site is
Dual Aspect is a free, informational workbook about starting out with online computer games. It is general information published for a wide readership, not advice about your particular circumstances. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, medical, consumer or technical advice — and it is not security advice. It is also not accredited training: there is no sign-up, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification, and completing the checklists means only that you have worked through them.
Accuracy and change
The course is reviewed at least twice a year and corrected when errors are reported. Even so, products in this category change constantly: system requirements, prices, account procedures, shop contents and terms of service are all set by their vendors and can change without notice. Always check the vendor's own current pages before acting, and treat anything written here as a description of how such things generally work rather than a statement about a particular product today.

This site links to websites operated by other organisations, including vendor pages, an affiliate destination, and Australian government bodies. Those sites are outside our control. We do not endorse them by linking to them, we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation to buy anything. What applies to you on another site is that site's own terms.

Acceptable use
You may read these pages, print the checklists, and use them personally or within your household, including in a classroom or community setting, with the source acknowledged. You may not republish the text as your own, present it as another organisation's material, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.
Trademarks
All brand names on Dual Aspect, War Thunder among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Dual Aspect, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Those guarantees apply and take precedence over anything written here.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, GRAVELGANT s.r.o. provides this free information as it stands and is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on it, from the acts or omissions of any third party whose site is linked, or from the site being unavailable. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again, which for a free website means the page remaining available to read.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a reader in Australia, this does not displace the consumer protections available to you under Australian law, and it does not prevent you from bringing a matter before an Australian regulator or court where the law allows.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect, and using the site after that date means accepting the version then published.
