There is one way to reach us, and it is an ordinary email address. This site has no contact form, no chat window and no mailing list, so nothing you send is collected by a script on the page.

What to write about

• Corrections. Name the page and the sentence. Factual errors are fixed on the page.
• Gaps. If a step leaves out something a beginner needed, tell us what you were stuck on.
• Broken links. Particularly links to Australian government material, which move from time to time.
• Privacy requests. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line. The Privacy Policy sets out what happens next.
• Legal and publishing matters. Including anything about the trademark notice in the footer.

What we cannot help with

We are not connected with any game publisher and have no access to anyone's game account. Lost passwords, suspended accounts, refunds, billing questions and technical faults in a game must go to that game's own support team, which is why Step 1 asks you to find the support contact before you sign up.

We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. Where a question belongs with an Australian body, Step 5 names the right one.

What happens to your message

Email sent to the address above is received in a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store or process data outside Australia. The message is read by people working for GRAVELGANT s.r.o. and used to reply to you, and for nothing else. It is never added to a marketing list, because there is no marketing list.

Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless a message needs to be kept longer for a legal claim. Anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. The full account is in the Privacy Policy.

Replies

This is a small publication and replies are written by people, not automatically. Allow a few working days for an ordinary message. A request about access to or correction of personal information is answered within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
